This Privacy Policy explains how SolveAI LLC ("we", "us", "our") operating the Solve.ai platform, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal data when you use our website, apps, and communications services (the "Services") or interact with a customer who uses the Services. Our Roles

For the Solve.ai website and our direct relationships, we act as a data controller (U.S.: "business"). For business customers who use Solve.ai to process their end users’ data (e.g., voice calls, SMS OTP), we act as a data processor/service provider under applicable U.S./Canada privacy laws. We engage vetted sub‑processors for hosting, communications, analytics, and support under contracts that require appropriate safeguards.

Data We Process

·       Account & Business Data: contact names, emails, phone numbers, company details, billing and tax information.

·       Communications Data: phone numbers dialed, call/SMS metadata, message content (if enabled), recordings/transcripts (only with notice/consent).

·       Technical Data: device/browser type, IP address, identifiers, and logs (including security and fraud‑prevention telemetry).

·       Support Data: information you provide to resolve issues.

How We Use Data

·       Provide and operate the Services (e.g., calls, messages, verification/OTP).

·       Authenticate users; secure accounts; prevent fraud and artificial inflation of traffic (AIT).

·       Provide customer support, billing, and account communications.

·       Improve quality, reliability, and performance of communications and applications.

·       Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Legal Bases / Authority

We process personal data on one or more of the following bases: consent; performance of a contract; legitimate interests such as securing and improving the Services and preventing abuse; compliance with legal obligations; and other bases permitted under applicable laws in the United States and Canada.

Sharing & Sub‑processing
